PLID Wrap® Anti-Corrosion Tape was applied to the bottom section of a slurry tank at a coal-fired power plant in South Korea to address active crevice corrosion in a coastal environment. A SeaSpan tugboat Lazarette was treated with an S2S corrosion inhibitor under harsh marine conditions, including constant humidity and active corrosion. The product was applied directly over wet, rusted metal with no surface preparation.
