PLID Wrap Anti-Corrosion Tape
S2S PLID Wrap is an industrial tape infused with an S2S high performance rust inhibitor. Unlike petrolatum tapes that require surface preparation and primer paste, application of S2S is a simple, one-step process. Simply apply to desired surface, even over existing rust and paint. The infused rust inhibitor creates a long lasting, protective barrier that penetrates into pitting corrosion. Leaves a pliable, waxy finish that conforms to irregular shapes and does not sag.

Advantages
It can be applied to rusted, painted, damp, and bare metal. No sandblasting required. Remove all debris, soap, and degreaser from the metal surface. To ensure long-lasting protection of corroded or previously coated surfaces, a wire brush may be used to remove all or most loose corrosion.
No primer paste required. Wrap the metal structure with PLID Wrap the correct side down, ensuring tape is in constant contact with surface. Use a 30% overlap. Pliable, waxy finish can be molded to irregular shapes. PLID Wrap can also be cut and inserted into openings to mitigate water ingress. For best results, apply when surface temperatures are between 41F and 99F (5°C – 37°C).
